Currently in the construction documentation stage, the project features over 100 residences in seven buildings, arranged in multiple three-story buildings, distributed across a podium deck covering an above grade parking garage.
The existing 14-story office building is being converted into market-rate apartments, while the existing adjacent parking structure will form the podium for 5-stories of new units, for a total of 275 total residences. The project will feature amenities such as a gym, pool, dog park, and pet wash.
