The Los Angeles Police Federal Credit Union earned RACAIA Architecture + Interiors the 2022 Commercial Real Estate Gold Award. LRA is proud to have worked at RACAIA’s side on this gorgeous interior renovation.
The existing 14-story office building is being converted into market-rate apartments, while the existing adjacent parking structure will form the podium for 5-stories of new units, for a total of 275 total residences. The project will feature amenities such as a gym, pool, dog park, and pet wash.
