The existing three-story building was previously occupied by medical office spaces. Now it is home to a campus for the New Design Charter School, with classrooms, offices, outdoor activity areas, and detached prefab classroom buildings.
The existing 14-story office building is being converted into market-rate apartments, while the existing adjacent parking structure will form the podium for 5-stories of new units, for a total of 275 total residences. The project will feature amenities such as a gym, pool, dog park, and pet wash.
